B.A.M. Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am to 11 am Balance, strength and mobility-focused class. Non-weighted, seated and standing options.
Fitness Foundations Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am to 11 am Maintain muscle mass, bone density and functional strength through resistance exercises targeting major muscles groups.
Energy and Endurance Fridays at 10 am to 11 am Seated dance fitness class boosts stamina and energizes the body and brain.
