Our Communities

There are ten Country Meadows communities located throughout Pennsylvania and in Frederick, Maryland.  Each community has its own personality and flair but all are guided by our common mission: to provide older adults with the opportunity to live purposeful lives, enjoy their independence, make friends and to have the benefit of the respect they deserve.
